1. What time is check in and check out? Can I
check in earlier or check out later?

rings. We sell firewood at the campground office for $3
for five pieces or $5 for ten pieces. Kindling is also

3. What are my
options for payment?
We accept cash,
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit
cards. A credit or debit card will be required for a

Davy Crockett Campground is pet friendly.
We do not charge an additional fee for pets staying at
your site. However, we do charge a $20 per stay (up to a
week) pet fee for our cabins and RVs.
6. Can I have visitors while camping?
Visitors are welcome
at Davy Crockett Campground. Day passes must be purchased
at the Reception Outpost upon their arrival.
7. Can I request my favorite site?

type, not a specific site.
8. Can I go directly to my campsite upon arrival?

10. What size RVs do your sites accommodate? What
type of hookups do you have?
Most of Davy Crockett
Campground's sites are 50-60 ft long, but we do have sites
up to 100 ft in length. Our campsites have water,
50 amp electric and sewer.
11. Are mopeds, motorbikes, motorized scooters,
ATVs or ORVs allowed?
Unfortunately our insurance does not permit these vehicles
to be driven at Davy Crockett Campground.
12. Is swimming allowed in Cherokee
While swimming is not allowed in
Cherokee Lake, we do have a salt water pool.
13. When are your quiet hours?
Our quiet hours are Sunday
through Thursday 10pm to 8am and Friday and Saturday 11pm
14. Is smoking
Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas including the
Swimmin' Hole, all pavilions and porches. However, smoking
is not permitted inside Davy's Indoor Hot Spring, Trails
End Restaurant, both bathhouses, Reception Outpost,
rented RVs and all cabins.

16. How can I dispose of my grey water?
Tennessee state law prohibits the dumping of grey water
onto the ground. However, we do have sewer connections at
most of our campsites. In addition, we have a dump station
that is free of charge for guests.

addition, Davy Crockett Campground serves beer and malt
beverages at the Pool Side Snack Shack, Trails End Restaurant
and Frontier Pavilion (during special events).
